Technical outdoor gear fails in the field, and small damages often end big adventures. Klättermusen builds equipment designed to last for decades, but even the most durable garments can tear during long treks. I worked closely with the design team, production, and service department to understand real failure cases and design a repair kit the size of an ID card.

Design a meaningful micro product that reflects Klättermusen's philosophy of durability and responsibility. Sustainability is also about enabling care, maintenance, and ownership. A compact kit containing essential tools, needle, strong thread, and patches, built to solve real problems in real environments.
